Customize design

Our service

We support OEM and ODM cooperation to meet the reasonable requirements of customers. We will select products based on the information collected from customers on site.

If the customer has non-standard requirements, our R&D department will customize the design according to the customer’s requirements. After confirming the technical requirements with the customer, the production department will produce according to the final determined technical requirements.

Our lead time is approximately 10-45 days, which varies depending on the product and order quantities.

Payment
We support multiple payment methods to meet the different needs of customers, and we can communicate in detail according to specific situations.
Product testing
Every FGI product that leaves the factory must undergo strict testing, including 100% load testing, aging testing, etc.

Customers propose non-standard technical requirements based on on-site situations;
The technical support department conducts technical summaries, while the R&D department discusses technical solutions;
After confirming the solution, we confirm with the client again. After both parties confirm that there are no errors, sign a technical agreement;
The production department arranges production according to technical requirements and make complete testing after production;
Packaging and shipping.
